    Hey welcome, I'm a New comer myself, I feel like i can help give you one tip to shrink the neck emoticon area .

    1. Look up at the ceiling with your neck fully up and keep trying to move your lower lip above you upper lip.

    If you feel burning - It's working.

    I never had that because of this exercise

    Your goal is similar to mine, my goal weight is one that I will know when I get there... I want to be medium, not skinny and I don't care if a chart tells me I'm "overweight" as long as *I* feel good! So I love your goal! You can do this!

    The biggest tip I can tell you from my journey, is don't lose weight in a way that you aren't willing to do forever. Pick habits that don't feel like torture and that you can live with in the long haul. Then you never have to worry about "going off" of something and trying to maintain. :) If you can't live forever eating low carbs, or exercising 2 hours a day, don't lose weight that way.

    I also found baby steps to be the easiest for me. When I started this journey 15 months and 70 pounds ago, I started off with drinking more water. Then started tracking my food, even if I was way over my calories, then as time went on I worked on staying in my calorie range, then I worked on exercise. You don't have to take things that slowly of course, but I found the habits stuck more because I worked on them a little at a time, instead of getting overwhelmed, discouraged, and then quitting. :)

    Nice video vlog. There are a lot of great people that help with all kinds of ideas on how they are loosing their weight. I love seeing the before and after pictures. I am a very slow looser with Thyroid problems which make it a lot slower to loose. But Im hanging in there. Good Luck to you also.
