No weigh in

Monday I was going to do a weigh in but this week has been a bit of trouble for me . I did spent 2 days at my bf's house , like woke up super early and then drove back to my house and went back again to his house, did that for 2 days .

Its pretty draining and its a lot of gas and time . The end results . It threw me off ! . I can not stand on the stale and look at the numbers , I guess I will be happy if the scale did not move but then I will feel pretty sick if it didnt move either .

Even though I slipped up , I still made healthy choices .. Frustrating .

I am at work right now , I finish at 9pm and then home to clean up my room a bit and sleep . I work tomorrow at 745 , I want to get my work out in and do a load of laundry or two .

Dont really want to do anything after work tomorrow.

Sunday Morning , I have a party at work and then I work a regular shift. So it will be busy . I need to make sure I have my foods packed for the day and to be bright and happy because thats 230 + ppl vs me .
yay me !

on a plus side i did get my 30 min workout , did 10 mins more so 40 mins for today
