So this morning I wanted something other than my usual work breakfast of pancakes (no butter with up to 2T of syrup). My other go-to place is closed for vacation. So, I went to another place and got what I hoped would be a pretty good for me breakfast...UMMM 629 calories LATER!
I had a large oatmeal with 1t of brown sugar and 2t of cinnamon. That's it! Good thing I didn't add raisins! And the cinnamon had almost as many calories as the brown sugar! I still can't believe that one.
I won't be getting that again for sure! Back to my pancakes.
Here's hoping no more surprises in my food tracker next week...
