I downloaded two apps to my phone - the Sparkpeople & the Fitbit app. I'm already using the Spark app to log my water. So far I have (slightly) exceeded my water goal for the week (24 ounces per day). Yesterday I had 5 8-oz glasses. Today I'm at 4 glasses and plan to have at least 1 more before bed.
I went to Zumba this morning - 5:30am. One of my exercise buddies asked me yesterday to come back. Guess what? She's a no show this morning.
