Well, it's Friday and I didn't go to the gym on Weds OR Thurs so now I am behind in my walking program. Going in a few minutes - WITH Hubby!! YAY! - and get my 2.5 mile walk done! and I'll go tomorrow late morning to do my final day of Week 4 - 2.75 miles! It's hard to believe that at the end of next week, I will be up to 5K!!
