I have been lacking, when it comes to fitness this summer. I need to workout more. I feel like a slug!
I'm not much of an active person, therefore, I stay in-doors a lot. I prefer reading and watching tv over spots. It's hard to break the habit. But with the weather finally cooling down, I think I might try.
I also need to drink more water...I have such a hard time doing that.
I'm gonna stop there, because I lost my train of thought ^.^
