    emoticon Love your video blog, very natural just like I was sitting there with you. I just finished Day 7 of 30 Day shred and I have been using 5 pound weights from the beginning. I think about giving up pretty much the whole time, but for some reason I keep going. I have thought about not weighing in but once a month, since the scale is making me depressed lately too. Very proud of you for giving it another go at it, and hope you keep going past Day 3, it really does get easier. I also just love Jillian Michaels, and the biggest loser, although with kids I tend to miss the show. Wishing you lots of luck, and can't wait for your next blog.

    Good for you, Jan-Marie...I enjoyed your was really clear & yes I could see you sweat...Sweat is good for helps to cleanse your body, just like drinking will be difficult to stay off the scale...I weigh in 2X/day...not good...ANYway...keep up the good work...Love you, Baby Girl...

    Sweat is good. It shows you had an honest workout.

I could never work out to a DVD, but learning to accept that I have to sweat was one of the key points in my journey to get fit and achieve (and later, maintain) a healthy weight.

    I quit watching that one because of all the swearing and ones trying to cheat. I now watch Extreme Weight Loss with Chris. He doesn't use bullying to get them to succeed. This weeks, and you can watch it on the internet, was a heart wrencher and he literally saved her life. She had 2 bottles of pills to down and later after 9 months, told him he had gotten in her way.

    You go girl! The scale wont make you sweaty but it will stress you (me) out. Jillian will make you sweat and take away that stress of the scale. You can do it! (PS -she's my idol, saw her when she came to town back in the spring, AMAZING!)
