Well I'm not so happy on this day...I gained 1.4 pounds this week. On top of that I haven't done any of the strength training I planned to do. My foot is healing but it's a slow process. So this is not a good day for me. BUT I did a little dancing today and I plan to move forward with the strength training I was planning on. Hopefully next week is better!
