Accountability Day...

Well I'm not so happy on this day...I gained 1.4 pounds this week. On top of that I haven't done any of the strength training I planned to do. My foot is healing but it's a slow process. So this is not a good day for me. BUT I did a little dancing today and I plan to move forward with the strength training I was planning on. Hopefully next week is better!

    I have FAITH in YOU... You will inch forward in spite of any challenges you encounter.
Don't give up you... If it makes you feel any better... you have a LOT of company in the "Not Happy with my scale results this week" I am pretty sure there are more of us who are disappointed than are shouting from the roof-tops with glee. And some of those who were shouting last week are not so happy this week.

Maybe concentrate on building a new good habit and having measurable benchmarks for your success in that will take some of the pressure off the "scale".

Cheer up., this is a rest of your life life-style change you are working at.. love your self and give yourself a couple of emoticon emoticon . 'Cuz you are special.

    At least you are facing your issues, setting new goals, living each day. I started weight training this week too as you know from my last 2 blogs. I am doing it at home very simply using the Workout Generator BUT I don't have a bad foot. Tomorrow starts a new week and you can move forward.. emoticon emoticon
