And We Have A TGIF!!

Friday, July 12, 2013

YESSSSSS..Friday at last! Another 50 hrs at work this week. And it's been a two cup coffee day. Not that it's been a bad day, just because Grouchy Johns had their mobile coffee bar here. So I had my regular Venti Skinny Hazel Nut Macchiato at 5:30 AM from Starbucks, but I also has The Jedi Blended( white chocolate with coconut) from Grouchy John. Now while my Starbucks is skinny, The Jedi wasn't. Oh I ordered it as skinny as I could...non-fat milk and no whip, but there was still the white chocolate and coconut syrup to deal with. I think I see an extra workout in my future tonight! emoticon But it was YUM and if they come back I'll get something else from them. Cost wise it was almost the same as my Starbucks. I get a 24 oz for $5.03 at Starbucks and The Jedi was $5 for a 20 oz. About the same.

I was going to do some strength/toning work last night was just too tried. I was in bed by 10:30 (which for those of you who know...is early for me!). I think the long work hours are to blame, but the OT money is just too good to pass up. emoticon

I did get 60 mins in on the treadmill at work today. And I cut some calories out of my day to make up for the coffee. Still I didn't really lose any weight this week. But then between the enchiladas Wed night and the Chinese take out last night (Lemon Chicken for me, and I only ate part of it), the salt intake has been up. As long as I can get though the upcoming weekend without gaining, I'll be happy! emoticon

OK...that's it for me. I'm going to go walk for a bit, try to get more steps on my Fitbit. Have a good rest of TGIF and a great weekend! Two funnies for you today!
