Through the last couple days of starting this some of my other Spark goals have been to walk my dog a couple times a week as well as to get up with out pressing the snooze button. I have found that started out the day with a particular song that will get you going really helps. I start my day out listening to Good Morning by Mandisa on my ipod. It really gets me going. Then I am able to walk my dog and really feel energized for the day. It's great! Whenever I get discouraged I just turn on that song and I am back on track again. Here's to starting the day out right and heading toward goals!
