I have been not doing good this week no core work out and no ST this week either I and I'm stuck at 136 so will see what happens. I'm going to dedicate myself to walking everyday and eating right. I will update everyday with daily goals and let you know how it goes.

So, you motivated me to get back to the gym and do ST and core work. I was (internally) crying like a little girl! I am going again today to abuse my ab muscles and work out my arms.

Girl, I'm starting to think sometimes waiting and patience trumps other activities. Sometimes. I have been really active and eating pretty well for the most part; I haven't lost a pound, but I am losing inches in weird places.

Sometimes our bodies need to adjust after a change of any kind including weight loss. Hang in there. Enjoy your every day. And sooner or later your body will have adjusted and you will meet your goals. emoticon

It's all part of those "for life" changes; some days are easier than others! Keep focused and moving forward!

As you have told me on more than one occasion, you CAN do this!! Stick with it, getting stuck is part of it and it's frustrating, but you will persevere. I have faith...and you should too. You've come a long way and this is but a blip on the radar.

Ryder great comment girl, and Julie the fact that you are here and writing your concerns means you care so much more than 70% of others out there in the world! I almost have come to expect a sticking point here and there, and like Ryder said I just make even better food choices and smile at the sticking point knowing that I will get by it eventually :) Track-Choose and-Sweat is about all we can do....woooo hooooo!!!!

Fitness is important, but it's not the most important part of the equation. Trust me. I'm a fitness addict and I've learned that lesson the hard way. When you don't have time or the energy to workout, you just need to make even better food choices. Good luck with your new plan. emoticon

Don't let a need for a little break keep you down or make you feel bad. It happens to everyone at sometme. Have a fun weekend and start when you feel better.

Just take deep breath and pick one thing to do at a time. You can get there, go for little victories.
