Anger does nothing but raise your blood pressure, stress your body and soul and make you red in the face. When you are angry it is super easy to hurt others and their feelings and make yourself look like the biggest jerk on the planet.
So unless you enjoy that kind of thing , take your anger on a nice walk. Put your I pod on a high volume and walk away your anger. Head to the gym for some cardio. Buy your self a couple kickboxing and boxing dvd's to use especially when you are angry.
You need to let the anger out appropriately . Maybe you could blog about it . Another option would be to write a long note on the topic with as many swear words as needed ,then remember to rip it up . Talk to a trusted friend . Never leave your anger in to fester .
Anger needs to released and then forgotten . Then you can breathe and be peaceful.
