Day #81 - Who Turned The AC On?

Saturday, Day #81, 7/6/13 was the fourth day of my vacation and also my last full day/night at the beach.
Here's the exercise that I did Saturday (7/6/13):
4.0 miles of walking - Saturday's walk was along Ocean City's Boardwalk again
So, since Saturday was the last full day at the beach, my wife and my parents and I decided to enjoy the beach. My dad and I went out there early to get the chairs and umbrellas set up and then my wife and my mom came down an hour later. Since it was the last day, I decided to get in the ocean, like really get in. I didn't go under water (I had my hat and glasses on), but I was soaked up to my chest. So I stayed in the water for a good little while and planned to dry off and warm up under the sun.
So I got out of the water and I was obviously cold. I sat on the chair under the umbrella and was still cold. Then I put a huge towel over me to try to warm up and I was still cold. Even though it was sunny outside, there was a very cool breeze blowing for the entire time. I literally was sitting there feeling like an air conditioning unit was blowing on me. Finally I decided to just stand up in the sun and try to dry off. That didn't work either, so my wife and I decided to go back to the hotel room, so I could take a hot shower and change. After that we went for a nice walk down the boardwalk. We stopped for lunch at this placed called Shenanigan's and got dessert afterwards (she wanted ice cream and I wanted Dippin' Dots). One of the things that I like about the boardwalk was the little sign they have at the end (see picture below):
After lunch and dessert, my wife and I walked along the boardwalk some more, then took the boardwalk tram back to our hotel. After that we just watched TV and relaxed until dinner time. For dinner, all of us, went out to Outback Steakhouse, so that I was cool. I think I ate too much though, because later that evening, I could not get to sleep. I was having such a hard time sleeping, I decided to go for another walk on the boardwalk. I left the hotel just after 11:00 pm and didn't get back to the hotel until almost 2:00 am (I'll write about that walk in my Day #82 blog, since most of the walk did technically occur after midnight).
