All year long Iíve been depressed about my weight but did absolutely nothing about itÖ until July 8, 2013.
Since Monday I have been
-exceeding my 10,000 steps every day
-eating a healthy breakfast every day
-working in a little strength training every day
-choosing fruits instead of ice cream and candy bars to address my sweet cravings
I started 2013 at 202 lbs and as of last week I had gotten up to 212.6 lbs. Wednesdays are my weigh in days and this past Wednesday with only 2 days of changes, I was down to 211 lbs. This was the first time in 2013 the scale went down instead of up. May the little changes start adding up to a happier me!
