Eleven Day Streak

Yesterday I successfully completed 11 straight days of at least 30 minutes of exercise and 7+ freggie servings.

Started the day with this inspirational video:

This is not a Christmas in July video, for the Lord God Omnipotent reigneth...forever...not just at Christmas time...whether one believes...or not.

-Walked 4.3 miles
-10 minutes of low impact aerobics
-9.5 veggie servings

Good things:
-This was the worst day so far, feeling like I really wasn't up to walking and even though I felt lazy and miserable every step of the way, I did it anyway.
-My other two partner volunteers couldn't make it to the food kitchen today, so I did the work of three people and only had only one messy disaster--and the nice guy who cleaned up for me, so I could keep serving the clients, took it with good humor. So I probably ran off more calories than usual at work.
-Snuck in another great nap after lunch.
-Came close to perfect again within the healthy ranges of the nutritional feedback report--two grams of fat short--close enough.
-Got my SP 1000 Fitness Minutes Trophy.
-Started reading a really sweet book, Duke of the Gilded Age by S.G. Rogers, a Kindle freebie, hope it stays this charming till the end.

Maxim for today: Reality happens, whether or not you believe it or acknowledge it.

    WooHoo on getting that 1000 minute trophy (sadly, I have not made consistent progress toward mine this month!). Also appreciate the head's up on the book. I read an excerpt based on your recommendation and it DOES look good!
