I just want to feel not tired.
Love the Water aerobics but need to do it 4 times a week not 6.
have to find something else that I can do to get an alternative exercise to the swimming.
I walk every day for a mile but need to do something else.
Need to talk to the people at the gym about balance and strength training moves that will be safe for me to do. Want to know what i did to loose the eight inches in my waist ???
Oh well it is another beautiful day in Sacramento.

    I wish I had an answer on how to feel NOT so tired.
I think right now it is just this darned heat that we have been having.
4 days of water aerobics should be sufficient for you with the amount of walking you do. And those 8 inches in your waist? Where did you hide them?

    I am starting the January jump start challenge tomorrow
That uses the short videos here on spark which are good, safe and not too hard strength training
Come try it with me you'll enjoy it!

    I too need variety to keep from getting bored, and to keep my body from getting complacent. Wish I had a gf to walk with. Guess that's why I have so many exercise videos downloaded, so I can mix it up.
