I just want to feel not tired.
Love the Water aerobics but need to do it 4 times a week not 6.
have to find something else that I can do to get an alternative exercise to the swimming.
I walk every day for a mile but need to do something else.
Need to talk to the people at the gym about balance and strength training moves that will be safe for me to do. Want to know what i did to loose the eight inches in my waist ???
Oh well it is another beautiful day in Sacramento.
