Well, I can't really say that I feel like it's a fabulous day - but it IS FINALLY FRIDAY! Yeah!
So, Thursday summary... ate 6 F/V's
Played 3 board games with kids when I got home from work
Did NOT get in my 7K steps... or any real exercise. I did walk to the store at break (~.25 miles) - and I did do my chair dips (20 yesterday).
Stayed within my calorie range, including fat/protein/carb breakdown. And, drank plenty of water.
All in all, a pretty successful day.
Today, well, it may be another story. Didn't have any protein to bring for lunch, so brought snacks and no lunch... which means I'll have to wander somewhere and buy lunch today (not usually a healthy choice). I do have my snacks, but I'm going to have to really push it to get in my 5 F/V's. Tonight will be crazy - with dinner out (though at a place that has an AMAZING veggie soup) followed by a meeting. Probably won't even make it home before 8 or 9pm.
So, the plan for exercise is to do my chair dips at work when I need a quick break, walk upstairs to get water or go to the bathroom... and take at least a 5 minute walk 3 times today (breaks and lunch). Not sure if that will get me my 7K steps, but it will be better than nothing, right?
