New Fitness Plan

I have found myself really stuck midway through the Couch to 5K program. I am loving running as much as ever, but I can't seem to increase my endurance and I'm capping out at about 11 minutes before I have to take a walk break.
A few days ago, I listed one of my July goals as getting to a 20 minute run, but as I tried to develop a plan for getting to that point I decided that I am switching to the Jeff Galloway training program. I started reading his book on running for beginners and I think a fresh start and a slightly different approach will do me good. I began his program on training day 1 today. It was short and easy for me, but that's OK. And really, it was amazing to see how easy it is for me, because 3 months ago when I had to run for a full minute, I thought I was going to DIE. My sister decided to start the program with me and seeing her struggle really showed me how far I have come since I began. It's a good motivator because I don't ever want to be back to that place.
I am still including light cardio and pilates on my non-running days. I discovered that our cable system has many free videos available on demand, including Coach Nicole's 28-day Bootcamp. It only has portions of the videos, about 30 minutes, but that is perfect for me. Even though I have a gym membership, I like being able to just head to the living room and start a video.
So, July goal update:
Do one hour combo of light cardio and pilates on non-running days
Achieve Pilates roll-up
Adhere strictly to low carb eating
So far, so good and I'm already seeing the effects on the scale. Whoo Hoo!
