Thank you all for the encouraging comments on my blogs they have been very helpful and definitely an important factor to my success I really appreciate it!

I am back to where I was weight wise (240) which is the lowest I have been through this whole ordeal so far emoticon I had gained 5lbs like I said in my previous post so I was very discouraged for a little while there thinking I was a failure but through spark people and my own will power haha I decided that was not the end and picked up where I was lacking with my food and exercise! I am very proud of myself but will be even happier when I finally get below that 240 mark! emoticon

These past two days I am happy to say that I have been eating within my calorie range and exercising with 3x cardio and 3x strentgh during the week. All for now, hope you are all doing well and conquering mountains today!

P.S. I have to mention a funny story real fast. My co-worker and I have been talking a lot about weight loss since she too is trying to lose weight and she told me she was going to start Atkins since someone she knew had lost a good amount of weight on it. I was very skeptical since through all my years of attempting to lose weight "diets" have never worked for me and most people I know. I told her so and said "No, Ana don't do it just work out and count your calories and I know you can lose the weight without Atkins." She laughed and brushed that off because she hasn't worked out in a long time but was determined she could lose it on Atkins without exercise. Anywho a few days later I asked her how it was going and she had given up on it said she was starving because she only could eat one smoothie for her meal. I tryed not to say I told her so but I kinda did in a nice way. emoticon Through the next two days I told her what I had been doing and that by counting calories, working out, and the help of the website sparkpeople, I had lost 15lbs so far within about two months and I eat what I want I just count calories. She was skeptical again and said maybe and I told her to come work out with me sometime. After she got off work that second day she went to the gym and worked out after so long a period of no exercise! I was so proud of her and she said, "I would never have done it if you haven't kept encouraging me!" Haha that made me feel so good and happy for her! emoticon

((Just want to mention I don't absolutely dislike all "diets" out there I just am a firm believer in just working out and counting your calorie intake it's my personal method and it has worked wonders for me so why not spread the word :D)) Have a wonderful day!! emoticon emoticon

You are doing fantastic and I am SO PROUD of you for knocking out week 7 of the C25K. I had to stop at week 4 because of my joints. I am doing other exercises until I get my weight down then I am going to do the C25K again. Gotta listen to my body.

Ok ok ok, so I HAVE to say something about low carb. hehehe. Since I am doing it. I am lovin' it, but I am also not following a diet set out by atkins or anyone else. I just eat around 50g of carbs a day for 6 days then have a carb cheat day on the weekend. It is what my husband's uncle did with success and it is working for me :)

I am glad low calorie is working for you! I had trouble with all the numbers. lol
