the weekend's here!

Friday, July 12, 2013

hurray! the doctor is taking a wait and see approach regarding my gallstones. if i experience any more pain or discomfort, the gallbladder will have to come out. in the meantime, i am to go about my usual day to day routine, keeping an eye out for any pain or discomfort on the upper right side of my body. i also have to keep an eye on any nausea i get, too. it is worth it to me to keep an eye on my health. i want this to be better sooner rather than later. i know it won't get better fully right away. i have even made some adjustments in what i eat and drink, to see if that will help. my daughter wants me to take better care of myself. i have been putting her first for so long that i have not taken good care of myself. that changes as of now. my health is very important to me. when i am healthy, then i can really enjoy life to the fullest. she is doing well and says hello to everyone. my family also wants me to take better care of myself. got through another week of school. i think i did pretty good on the test i had the other day. i will find out in a few days how well i did on it. my birds say hello, hello to everyone! have a fabulous day, all!

My friend had that problem years ago and a little old lady told her to drink 1/4 of extra virgin olive oil for a week After several trips to the ER for pain management after attacks she tried it. She gained a few pounds and her skin got a bit oily but she never had another attack.
Hope you feel better soon. Glad to hear you are still doing well in school. Hugs to your sweet daughter and tweet to the birds

I had to have my gallbladder removed years ago. It was major surgery back then. Today you're in and out! I hope it doesn't come to that but it's way better than it used to be.

I'm glad you are taking care of yourself. You can't take care of others if you let yourself go.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
