Easier video yesterday - Cardio Recovery. I did better on the plank work than usual, so yay!
I also went biking at the YMCA to burn some calories in a less intense way than Insanity. ;) I think I'll do Zumba tonight...and if not, then Hip Hop Abs and/or some other dance.
I had a nutritional lapse, yesterday. I didn't bring a lunch for the intern outing, and the lunch they provided was chicken friend steak, mashed potatoes, corn, bread roll, and two cookies. Absolutely no healthy options. I only ate most of the steak and a cookie, but it still set me off.
Ended up having my scheduled snack anyways, a donut back at the office, and then indulged TOO much after dinner. Vanilla wafers, chocolate milk, cereal...ugh.
It was all because I'm still feeling sad. WHY CAN'T I GET OVER IT? :(
Today is Day 12, and I think it's the Plyometric workout...or maybe it's Cardio Power & Resistance. We'll see when I get home.
