Back on track with walking

My energy level has been low; since Sunday, I have only walked one or two laps a day (I try to walk 4 laps around the park, which equals to 1 mile). Also, I've been waking up tired, my back hurting, and my joints hurting. I got up at 4:30 am today (having been plagued by a sinus headache all night), had coffee 'and' (biscotti) with my husband, listened to the news, and went back to bed. Got up again at 8:15 am; my back and joints weren't hurting as usual.
I decided to put on my iPod (listening to Diana Krall "Live in Paris") and go out and walk all 4 laps. I did it and a little more (walked back to take a picture of flowers, and then walked the dog afterwards). So, all in all, it's a good morning. I have so much to do in the house-I hope I can keep up the energy level. My concern is that once school starts, I will be so engrossed in lessons, paperwork, and time spent at school, I'll neglect my personal health (my modus operandi). I know I won't be walking in the morning (outside) and I like to be at school early.
I've got to create a plan; perhaps, get up early with my husband (he's up at 4:30 a.m. and during school, I usually get up at 5:30 am, leaving the house by 7 am or 7:15), exercise with an exercise video, shower, and go off to work. Also, I'll need to make sure I eat properly.
