Good fitness week

This has been an incredibly stressful week. I've tried to replace emotional eating with exercise and have done pretty well.

Mon: 30 mins gazelle
Tues: 15 mins gazelle
Weds: 26 mins walk
Thurs: 60 mins walk

Today, I hope to get at least a 20 mins walk. Saturday and Sunday I plan to get at least an hour walk. The sunshine and fresh air definitely is good for me.
