I haven't made an entry in a while, even though there has been changes in weight and such. Just been so busy with medical issues I haven't focused on blogging.
Trying, though, to keep things in perspective since I seem to be at another damn plateau.
When I started this journey last March, I was wearing size 22 pants, and they were tight. I was wearing 3x, sometimes 4x shirts. Today, I am wearing anywhere from size 4 to size 8 pants (depending on fit, damn women's clothing!) and size small and medium shirts.
I've lost 75 pounds in the past year and four months, I've dropped 75 pounds. 110(ish) if you count from my highest recorded weight in 2005, where I was wearing size 24-26 jeans and 4x shirts.
So, screw the scale. I'm still doing what I know I need to do, and inches are still dropping. The scale is just a number. It doesn't define me. Damn you, society, for telling me it does!
