Messed Up Sleep Patterns

Boy I'm off track. Fell asleep at 4am. Woke up at 6:30am. Feeling sleepy at 7:30 a.m. I'm either going to be groggy and fight off the sleep during this long day...or I'm going to fall back asleep and miss out on a productive day. Neither is good.

    Kidney disease is one of the causes of sleep patterns to be off. also CHepC I also have different sleep patterns. Last week I slept 5 hours with out waking up. I was so happy. emoticon emoticon

    I hope you get back on track soon - we have a sleep challenge in our team forums again this month... there is also a sleep challenge with spark - which encouraged me to start the sleep challenge in our team.

    I have messed up sleeping patterns too! I never fell asleep last night and I have an appointment at 11. Then I have to wait around for Dish to come and fix my satellite. Doesn't look like I will be going to bed for a nap anytime soon. Hopefully we both get some sleep tonight! Have a great weekend
