Whacked Eating

Friday, July 12, 2013

My eating was out of whack yesterday. I was okay for breakfast and lunch but by 2p I was very hungry. I forgot my water at home and so had to go to the grocery store and purchase some water. I was hungry and bought some m&ms as well . That would have been okay. By 3p I was hungry again. Went to the hairdresser and she had some cookies - I ate 4 of them. That's 4 x83 calories - custard creams. Left the hairdresser and I was hungry. Had a decent dinner but for beverage I had a malt drink 310 calories. So on the unscheduled food I ate almost 1000 calories.

Woke up around 12a and decided rather than twist and turn, got up and made breakfast and dinner. Packed my lunch and Sparked. Looking forward to the weekend.

The good tasting stuff always has a lot of calories. But this is something you rarely ever do so don't be hard on yourself. I know you are back on track today. emoticon

I can't allow potato chips to come in my house - if they are in the pantry they call my name!!!! Don't beat yourself up - you already took action and planned for the day so you'll do better today!

We all take a turn off the 'healthy' track now and then. I have the worst sweet tooth. Try to counter it with a walk.
