How do you chill out?

And I don't mean from the temperature kind of heat.
I've had a long and irritating week. I'm a bit testy.
At the moment I'm trying to NOT give in to the desire for "bad" foods to calm me down. And, miraculously, it's not such a big draw. That and the fact that there is no bad food in the house really helps. I think the worst thing might be chocolate almond milk.
I'd like to write, but I'm too pissed off to concentrate. So I put on The Avengers, and I'm blogging. Not a bad compromise.
The problem is that the idea of a binge keeps crossing my mind. Like for a second every 5 minutes. My mind is a seriously scary place. Observe.
"No, we don't do that anymore. I think I'll put on a movie to distract myself. Ooh! Love Jeremy Renner--"
"Are you sure there is no chocolate?"
"Shut up and watch the movie. The dialog is wonderful! Joss Whedon's hand is evident here. And there goes the Hulk! Oh, that's gotta leave a mark--"
"We could have a chocolate milk smoothie, sans leaves."
"No; we have just enough for the breakfast smoothie. WITH greens. Watch this part as the archer is rescued. Jeremy is cute. I hope the sequel comes out soon. Think there will be another Bourne movie with him in it?"
"You're too old to think he's cute."
"And you wanted me to get you chocolate?"
