I have a decided to make Thursday's my weigh in day. For me, once a week is a good amount of time in between. This week I gained a pound. Sigh. I am not happy, but I am not as frustrated as I can get sometimes. I know I am starting to form healthy habits again and that I have been a lot more active. Trying to stay positive and that everything will work out eventually.
