Staying motivated on the journey

Took 8lb weights to work and started taking 5 mins every hour to do sets of squats, bicep curls, triceps, shoulder presses. At my lunch did 2 sets of abs exercises. Great part is the arm exercises and leg exercises I could still work by reading documents. My boss even encouraged me to get a sit/stand mechanism so I can also stand throughout the day to do leg exercises. Thankful my boss wants to encourage healthy living and stress management at work.
