So I admitted that I was sick and, apart from 1 boxing class, I haven't been to the gym in a week. I'm rested and much better so I'm heading back tomorrow and plan to get right back into things. Because I'm me. I don't do things by halves.
My plan for the next 7 days
S - Spinning + a walk with the man
S - Weights
M - Boxing
T - Weights class
W - Boxing
T - Rest
F - Weights
I'm on school holidays so I'll be trying to do a few walks/runs during the day, too. Make hay while the sun shines!
YAY for being back to it. I love exercise, and I get sad and restless when I can't do it.
