Today was another long day - over 13 hr.
I hit a pot hole and 'blew' a tire. I called AAA and was told that someone would be out within the hour. I explained the situation to her, and the dispatcher told me that due to my work, I would be 'priority' and be moved to the front of the cue. After 45 min, I had recalled AAA and was told I would be next - after the service man finished the tire he was currently working on. I had to wait 85 min for them to send someone! The service person denied getting the message of being a priority or that I was to be next. He said AAA sent him someplace else. However, he was efficient and I was on my way within 20 min. I hate being in the middle of conflicting stories!
Now with me 'on a short nerve', my computer program spontaneously shuts down in the middle of patient input. In trying to get it going again, somehow, I open the program 2 x and 'freeze it up' so I was able to do nothing. Eventually, this too was taken care of.
