this week i have looked back and thought ... i could have been X amount lighter if i would have just stepped it up a bit instead of getting lazy!!! tomorrow is a new day and I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!! emoticon FOR GOOD LUCK!!

    Don't beat yourself up... Its not an easy task you've undertaken (we've undertaken) and change is not easy and I think there isn't a one of us that hasn't thought these very words... If I'd only stuck to this or did that or not ate that we'd be at X spot in our weight loss or fitness level. Its natural just keep plugging along and you will get there! emoticon
