How to have a great day

i woke up to the sould of an alarm clock and i felt energetic and ready to start my day. then i realized it was my hubby's alarm not mine. mine is supposed to go off an hour earlier. I FORGOT TO SET MY ALARM. once i realized this i was calm and i got ready like normal. I was realaxed for 2 reasons

1- this has happened only 2 other times in the last few years not a big deal.
2- i am hourly and if we use personaltime we have to use a minimum of one hour so i figured there was no reason to rush myself.

Then i got to work and a few people teasedd me. "what you late? i did not thing you were capable of it" Even my sup could not find a time i was late within the last year. So it was kinda funny. The day went by quickly. i was awake and energetic. when i cam home i mowed my yard and our ditches (4 feet deep in places) Then i cooked a healthier dinner. i also said no to a temptation.


1 hour of extra sleep and 1 less hour of work makes for a great day.
