Back on Track...

Early to bed & early to rise...made it a point to ride my bike 6.5 miles this morning. Got my hair cut at 10:30 & by the time I stopped & visited a few friends, I arrived home about noon & had not had breakfast or lunch. Believe me, I forget to do a lot of things, but eating meals is not one of them...haha...I babysat a 4 yr. old for about 3 hrs. this eve. & he wore me out...I wonder if I can count that as exercise...ANYway... Take care & have a good weekend...
