When I've tried diets, I always cheated. Always ate way more than my daily allotment. My cravings for sugar and carbs was out of control.
I started tracking my food intake since I've given up processed foods. . . and I'm surprised as to how much food I'm eating. . . but still not consuming the carbs I should be and way below 2000 calories a day.
I'm stuffed! What do I do?
At least I'm not craving sugar and carbs. . . I still haven't noticed any difference. That discourages me for a few minutes
From what I read, it will be at least two months before I notice a difference, given my heath history.
I'll be patient, because I know now I'm making healthy choices.
