Yesterday's workout was a killer. My trainer was excited to get started. She said that once we started there was no stopping, except for water.

Workout was called 7 of 7 but really was 5 of 7 because we ran out of time.

Here's one set (7 of each)

Burpees to overhead press with 10lb weights first 2 sets then drop to 8lb
Plank with dumbell row 10lb
Sumo squat to lateral raise
Alternating front lunges with bicep curls (7 each leg)
Pushups on Bosu
Medicine ball (with sand-no bounce) slams
Core exercise (don't know the name)

Today I walk/jogged intervals on the treadmill for 45 minutes!! emoticon

Food choices have been good the last two days too and I went out to dinner last night with Mom and today to lunch with friends. Today I had a salad with grilled chicken. You can't go wrong with that!!

More important than the food and exercise is the head. emoticon If the head's not in the game then you don't have much of a chance to succeed. It's tough to stay focused all the time so I am trying to live by thes rules:

Keep your eye on the longterm prize.
If you indulge or mess up one day just start over the next day. Don't let one day turn into two or more.
Exercise your hardest at least 5 days a week.
