Today was weigh in day. My goal was to be at 206 pounds. Which would put me at a 5% of my body weight loss. For those of you that haven't been following, I have been on and off the wagon ever since setting this goal. so the results are in . . .

I know that this is slightly over my goal, but I am very pleased. I really didn't even think that I would come close.
I am also really proud of myself for staying on track all week. I think that what has kept me on goal is that I am finally taking Sparkpeople's advice. I am not going way overboard like I normally do. Instead of going all the way down to only 1200 calories a day. Working out at least an hour a day. And cutting out all sweets, carbs, and soda. Instead I am sticking with the calorie range that Spark set for me. Set a goal to walk 5 miles a week, or get in at least 140 minutes of workout a week. (which is 20 minutes a day) and NO food is off limits. I am trying to slowly cut off soda.
I think doing all of this will help me to make a lifestyle change and get healthy.
