I will be honest not my best day but it could have been a lot worse!! First off I got up at 5:30am and couldn't fall back asleep so I just stayed up and cleaned up and puttered around the house. Come 8:15 (don’t know why I was so behind yesterday morning considering I woke up at 5:30!!) Anyways I go out the door to walk to work and I get a block then one of my straps of my back completely breaks off!! It this point-- running late and not wanting to carry my bag by one strap- I just walked to my car and drove to work. Then at work it wasn't a bad day for eating but I totally missed my walk because I wanted to check out at the mall to see if they had any arm bands for my phone for walking -- which they don't and I am very surprised! Right after work I was going to go directly to the gym to do Zumba but than a client came into work and I was here an hour late!! So that didn’t happen. So what I decide to do was do go home and have a quick supper and then go to Yoga at the gym. So I did this and the Yoga was so nice and relaxing and helped stretch out and relax. I know it isn’t the most physically demanding class but it was good. After that I went and grabbed a couple groceries so I could make some new recipes. Once I got home it was already 11 pm and I was debating making a recipe but I decided it was better to sleep instead. I wanted to make them one of them last nights because my goal each week is to make 3 recipes and I haven’t made one yet this week.
