I went for a check-up today with the nurse at my doctor's surgery. It's just a twice yearly check to make sure everything is ok with my blood pressure as I'm on the pill and she also weighs me for good measure.

It turns out that, since the last check-up 6 months ago, I have lost 11lbs emoticon

Although weight loss is not even my goal right now (I'm focusing on building big, strong muscles with BodyPump and big, heavy barbells!), it came as a pleasant surprise.

I read somewhere that weight shouldn't be the goal, yet sparkers do it left and right. The goal should be like what you're doing. Focusing on activities that you can do, be it 10K steps per day, or lift so much weights and so on. Well done and this is where and when you'll find success. emoticon emoticon
