breakfast

frosted mini wheats with almond milk
coffee

lunch

egg sandwhich on wheat with turkey and fat free mayo
snack

cherries and a nectarine
dinner

not the best but yummy.. beans and weenies with a biscuit
It was about 1900-2000 calories but with exercise and everything I still had a good deficit. Gotta love breast feeding! And lots and lots of water!!
