This fajer(morning)we had a tippical Norway /Palestine brakfast.I am original from Norway and hubby is Palestinian.So it was omelet with leen Turcky meet and ravita,portage,(norwagian )Then there was olive,hummos(home made of cours)pita bred,and some seeds and darid herbs mixture.I don't know wath it is calld,but we dipp the bred in oliveolje and in to the mixture it is soo nice.But to day I had a problem I did some house work and it was soo hot and I nearly forgot my self and went to have some wather but thank god I rememberd and spit it out.For dinner we had baby zucchini stuffed with lean mincemeat in low fat yogurt saus(one of my faiwrets)and for desert it is custherd(milk,singel cram,sugger,rose wather and corn flower)it is mixt and boliled to thickend and cools.It is so nice,a bit morich but hi it is Rammadan just ones a year.And for coffe we have Arabic coffe,and some sweet bred(lefse)it is tipical Norwayian sweet bred witch is made for chrismas.It is made of Souter cream,culture milk ,flower and bacinsoda,(my swapp)and it is sandwich in the middel is sugar,butter and cinnamon .It is nice and remains me of my childhood .But I just manage 15 min on the treadmill,I don't like the dreaded treadmill.But it is to lathe to go out for a walk/runn.
