Decided to go without the compression shirt on. I'll just be wearing a looser moisture wicking shirt with my compression shorts and the waist trimmer secured around my apron.
I did something stupid though. I took my vitamin on an empty stomach then forgot to eat something. I got sick once I was at the gym, but I didn't leave.
I stayed, I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 minutes of leg work on the machines (Press, thigh ab- and ad- ductor)
Super sweaty, still a little queasy.
That's freaking dedication right there.
