Today was another nice day here. It rained a little in the morning while I was still sleeping, but the sun came out in the afternoon. Theres no humidity or clouds in the sky, and a nice breeze blowing. A perfect summer day.

I'm tired today though. I think I did too much swimming yestarday. I was in the water for over an hour and it didn't hit me until I got out. It was so humic yestarday I didn't want to get out. Got home, and did my email, and spun the wheel on here. That was all I could do. I took my allergy medicine, and was asleep before the sun went down. That doesn't happen very often. Today I'm still feeling tired and sluggish.

Got all my goals done yestarday. I even stayed within my calorie range the last two days. I was surprised on Tuesday because I had a Dunkin Donuts Sausage egg and cheese on an english muffing, and hashbrowns. That was the only large meal I had that day though.

My goals for Friday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark
spending at least a half hour on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
