I have been stressing my self to pull out 1hr-2hr workouts and I usually keep at it for 3-4 days and then die out and end up skipping 1/2 days .
Decided to give my self a 30 min challenge , any type of activity for 30 minutes for the rest of the month.
Yesterday I was happy to say I got in my gallon for the day , need to pick up another gallon. Probably pick up for today, friday,sat and sun . Monday is my friday so . Today is my Monday .
Looking forward to the week , my weekly goals are to drink a gallon of water a day , stay on track with my foods and also get no more and no less than 30 mins of exercise.
I ordered my HRM today and it has been something I have been wanting for a while and I just could not see my self spending the money and plus money is tight.
Today I stepped on the scale and the numbers did not change which is good but I told my self I really want to see what I am burning and if I am working out hard like I think i am . So i hit the BUY button on amazon ! Looking forward to that .
I also tried out the GNC PRO AMP COOKIES AND CREAM PROTEIN SHAKE , I like it . Low Carbs and sugar , high protein . If this is something I will keep up with I dont know yet , I have 2 ,1 pound bags that will last for 14 days , so we shall see. I still love my visalus though , which does my skin good.
Its currently 10am in Hawaiii, need to get my 30 mins in , shower , eat and fold my laundry . Sorta dislike folding laundry and then edit my meal plan for the last week of july and next month .
