Start every day as healthy as you can! It's a great way to jump start your day and may set the trend for the rest of the day. Even if something comes up to change the direction of your day, you're still off to a good start.
Water in the morning - dehydrated from a night of sleep and the best way to drink it as far from the next bed time sleep as possible!
Exercise in the morning - nothing gets the brain and blood pumping better and helps increase energy for the day!
Fruits and veggies in the morning - easy to digest and you need 6-8 servings throughout the day to keep you at your healthiest!
I just worked a night shift, so my morning started at 1 pm. It's still a great time to jump start the rest of my day! :D
