My workout for this month is the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I heard about this workout over a year ago, and at that time I just dismissed it from my mind. I never considered the possibility that I would ever be able to do a workout like that! But wow...here I am now, and I really am doing it! Today was day 11 of the workout, and its my first day on level two.
Level one kicked my buttinski so bad, but I'm proud to say that I just stuck with it. I modified the moves when I needed to, but I never stopped moving my body. And day by day, I felt my stamina and strength slowly increasing. The workout was still super hard, but I could definitely feel myself getting better.
This morning I worked out on level two, and I thought I was going to collapse a couple of times! This workout is no joke! Again, I had to modify some of the moves, but I just kept going. When I was done, I was soooo sweaty! I sweated so much that my hair got frizzy, lol. Here's a picture of me after the workout;
Yeah, I look a mess! Oh well..if you still look good after your workout, then you didn't work hard enough, right?
