A GREAT protein pancake recipe!

I have been making this for the past few years. Not only do I love it but it fills me up!
1 package of plain instant oatmeal
4 egg whites
sugar free syrup or yogurt
In a blender combine eggs and oatmeal and blend for 5 to 10 seconds. Heat a small pan and spray with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture in pan and cook for about 3 min, flip and cook til golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with syrup or yogurt. Top with fruit (optional)
I love this for breakfast or even a snack. I have actually got a little lazy with this recipe and don't even put it in a blender any more, I just beat it with a fork. So if you don't have a blender, no worries!
