Hey everyone on SparkPeople!

I can't believe that it has been over a year since I last blogged! :( Sorry for disappearing but things in my life had gotten a little crazy.

In early 2012, I broke up with my longtime boyfriend of 3 years. It was tough, but I am in a much better place for it. He wasn't giving me the support I needed so I decided that it was time to end the relationship. He and I are still friends - but that's all that will come of us!

I am now approaching my LAST SEMESTER of college which is kind of a scary thing. I am still not 100% sure what I want to do with my English degree, things are still up in the air. But I'm so glad to be getting to the finish line!

Aside from that - my weight loss has been GREAT! I am now at 153 pounds! My original goal weight was 145, however as I continued to lose I was finding that 145 may be a little too thin for me. I am 5'8 and have a thicker body frame, so I like looking "healthy" and want to keep it that way. 150 is my new goal and I'm so close to achieving it! It is seriously the best feeling in the world to be this thin again. Once I reach 150, I'm consulting a trainer at my local gym to help me add on more muscle definition and obtain that sexy physique that I've always wanted! Can't wait!

Anyways, this was just a short update to say that I'm back and ready to keep pressing forward with my journey!
