Hello friends :)
Here we are on day 4 of 10 for my trying to do everything right challange. Things are going great! I am such a visual person - I have my dry erase sectioned off into different areas - Steps, Calories In, Pushups, Plank, Water, and Strength Workouts. Every day I aim to increase the good stuff (darn me for doing 14,000 steps on day 1 when I was all gung ho - getting harder to increase each day!) and keep the calories under 1500 each day. So far doing great on everything. I feel great too without that nagging scale.
I know before when I was weighing daily, if there was one sodium-induced high reading I'd be off my game and ticked off that entire day. This way I am doing the right thing but if I want to have a piece of beef jerky (OFF THE CHARTS HIGH IN SODIUM) I can do that one day because I am drinking an obscene amount of water anyway!
I will be interested to weigh in next Wednesday!
