Getting it together after binge

Last week was a long weekend and personal food fest. I have been doing good for so long & then 1 day of bad eating ended up being a few days of binge eating. I felt lethargic, tired & bloated, but damn it tasted good while it lasted . Now it just reminds myself why a sugar/carb overload is not such a great idea. I am one of those people who cannot have just a little bit if it's a sweet treat. It's better for me to avoid it than to risk a binge. I did go to the Dave Matthews Band concert Tuesday, had a beer & a burger, but other than that, I have been on track for 2 days since. Final weigh in for the weightloss competition at work is Monday June 22nd. I will do my best until then. Whatever happens, I will keep sparking & work torwards my goal weight of 130 lbs.

    Brushing off the crumbs and getting back on track is the best thing you could do for yourself!

    Binges stink but they happen. You can't let it ruin all your hard work. Great job getting back on track!!

    I too have a huge sweet tooth & love carbs as well. So I keep sugar free gum & tic tacs to keep myself. Some times it works some times it doesn't....
