Last week was a long weekend and personal food fest. I have been doing good for so long & then 1 day of bad eating ended up being a few days of binge eating. I felt lethargic, tired & bloated, but damn it tasted good while it lasted . Now it just reminds myself why a sugar/carb overload is not such a great idea. I am one of those people who cannot have just a little bit if it's a sweet treat. It's better for me to avoid it than to risk a binge. I did go to the Dave Matthews Band concert Tuesday, had a beer & a burger, but other than that, I have been on track for 2 days since. Final weigh in for the weightloss competition at work is Monday June 22nd. I will do my best until then. Whatever happens, I will keep sparking & work torwards my goal weight of 130 lbs.
